Giacomo is a lawyer, head of the IP department of SG LEGAL based in Milan, Italy and advises companies, SMEs, research institutes and start-ups on new technologies, IP, technology transfer, counterfeiting and
commercial issues.

He holds an LL.M. from the MIPLC in Munich and serves as Vice-Chair of the Technology Transfer Committee of the LESI and Vice-Chair of the YMC LESI (Europe) and is an active member of the YMC LES Italy.

Giacomo is one of the organizers of the Startup-Venture Capital event SLUSH’D BOLZANO, as well as a lecturer in Venture Capital and Intellectual Property fields, specialized in Deep Tech investments.
