Lakshika Joshi is a part of the Global Risk & Compliance team at Harvard Business School Publishing.  She is playing a pivotal role in building and advancing Harvard’s Contract Management and IPR programs. Lakshika brings an impressive wealth of experience of over two decades in contract management, licensing, digital rights, GenAI and intellectual property rights, honed through years of service in leadership roles at global companies (most recently at Capgemini Group). In addition to building and leading IP programs at global organizations, she has significant experience negotiating complex commercial contracts with clients and partners in APAC, Europe and Americas. She also brings us valuable experience from her leadership role at the Times of India Group, Nucleus Software, Aricent, Altran.  Lakshika has rich experience across sectors ranging from media and entertainment to software products, banking and financial services, IT Services and publishing.

She is very enthusiastic about building a robust IP culture and contributes to various forums and not-for profit organizations working towards IPR education at school, college, university and industry. She has received several awards and recognitions for her contributions to the Legal and IPR community. She is also Guest Faculty for IPR, Innovation and Entrepreneurship courses at various Institutes in India. She is also a Corporate Mentor for MBA and Engineering students.
