Dr. Rainny Xie is a healthcare innovation leader with 14 years of experience in technology transfer and commercialization. As Head of the LIVE Ventures Incubation Program at Duke-NUS, she drives healthcare technology ventures. Previously, she led the Kickstart Initiative at NUS, securing funding, building partnerships, and launching successful startups. With a PhD in Healthcare Informatics from Dublin City University and Cambridge University, Dr. Xie excels in licensing, co-funding, and business development across academia, startups, and the biomedical industry.
