Currently, I lead the development of GOe (Gastronomy Open Ecosystem) at the Basque Culinary Center taking care of all strategic partnerships with private and public institutions alongside ecosystem builders and entrepreneurs. I have managed the development of the first member of GOe Global Network, GIC Tokyo in Japan and currently I oversee the platform for future expansions.
