Nutritionist specialized in Sports Nutrition and Gastronomic Sciences. Currently, I lead the development of GOe (Gastronomy Open Ecosystem) at the Basque Culinary Center taking care of all strategic partnerships with private and public institutions alongside ecosystem builders and entrepreneurs. I have managed the development of the first member of GOe Global Network, GIC Tokyo in Japan and currently I oversee the platform for future expansions.

8+ years of experience in the food sector working in different fields: Unilever Netherlands (Marketing, Digital Commerce and R&D) , Research at the University of Copenhagen and Freelance nutritionist in Spain. My passion: gastronomy, innovation, teamwork and ecosystem building.
