Wolfram Thomas is Senior Director and Patent Counsel at the German subsidiary of Qualcomm and a member of Qualcomm’s worldwide Intellectual Property Department. Before joining Qualcomm, Wolfram worked over numerous years in top-tier German patent law firms. He looks back on a remarkable career as Patent Attorney deeply involved in building impactful patent portfolios and manoeuvring (non-)litigations patent disputes. In his work, Wolfram benefits from his profound technical knowledge in 3G/4G/5G mobile communications. Wolfram studied electrical engineering at TU Hamburg-Harburg and Chalmers tekniska högskola, Gothenburg. He is registered as a German and European Patent Attorney and an active member to various Industry Associations.
